It is a pleasure to e-meet you. I am Kelly Indira Buis, an independent project and programme manager, facilitator and advisor on adaptation processes in the social impact field.

Adapting our work to a constantly changing world is a challenge we all face. From the design, approach, tools and methods we use, to the people involved in the process. That realisation proved the inspiration for “The Adaptation Company”, through which I have the pleasure of working with individuals, teams and organizations all over the world on their adaptation processes.

The services I offer

Project and programme management

Overseeing and guiding the design, planning and implementation of adaptation projects and programmes, both in the waterfall and agile way.

Facilitation

Designing, preparing and facilitating workshops, meetups, events and team building activities, both in-person and online, to guide the adaptation.

Advisory

Advising on the adaptation puzzle that is presented on an organisational, project or programmatic level.

Collaborative, structured and with a splash of humour are key words to describe my approach to managing, facilitating and advising on social adaptation and change processes.
