A glimpse of the facilitation trainings I (co-)designed and facilitated:

🔷 A full day training for the Matra team of the Netherlands Helsinki Committee on the roles of the facilitator, adult learnings processes, and designing and facilitating for interaction.

🔷 A 2-day training on 'Facilitative Leadership' with Jeroen Blijsie for his company The Visual Connection. With ten professionals we immersed ourselves in the world of meeting design, facilitation methods and group dynamics.
