I'm on a mission to support purpose-driven organizations worldwide in creating more adaptive, collaborative and meaningful ways to deliver on the work that matters most.

An avid reader, an explorer of remote regions on our planet, a salsa dancer and a host of gatherings to bring people with a story together - that's me in a nutshell outside of work.

How can I support?

Project and program management

Through overseeing and guiding the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and programs, I help teams bring their vision to life in an adaptive way.

Adaptive ways of working

I advise organisations and teams on their ways of working to become more adaptive and collaborative so teams can respond to what emerges.

Facilitation

By intentionally designing, preparing and facilitating gatherings, both in-person and online, I guide adaptation processes. To make facilitation widely practiced, I also offer training.

Community building

I advise on building, convening and maintaining online and in-person communities (of practice) so the right people can collaborate.
