I'm on a mission to support purpose-driven organizations worldwide in creating more adaptive, collaborative and meaningful ways to deliver on the work that matters most. I do so in a structured and collaborative way, with humor as an essential ingredient.
An avid reader, an explorer of remote regions on our planet, a salsa dancer and a host of gatherings to bring people with a story together - that's me in a nutshell outside of work.
Project and program management
Through overseeing and guiding the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and programs, I help teams bring their vision to life in an adaptive way.
Facilitation
By intentionally designing, preparing and facilitating gatherings, both in-person and online, I guide adaptation processes.
To make facilitation a widely practiced skill, I also offer facilitation training.
Advisory
⟫ Adaptive ways of working The Ways of Working trajectory guides teams through a facilitated journey to redesign their operating rhythm to become a more adaptive and collaborative team.
⟫ Community building I advise on building, convening and maintaining online and in-person communities (of practice).
