A 3-day international meeting in The Hague for nine teams at Oxfam Novib from across the globe to work together on a joint strategy and planning for shared advocacy.

A 2-day strategy meeting for the leadership team of the International Confederation of Midwives. The aim was to focus on the dynamic in the leadership team, and their ways of working and ideas for their strategic plan.

For Oxfam Novib, I advised on and facilitated the design, creation, and launch of an online alumni network for 400+ alumni of the Impact SME Development programme across seven countries in Africa and Asia.
I designed and facilitated a series of online meetups for REN21 to bring the international renewable energy community together (assignment on behalf of ImpactBasis).

A full day training for the Matra team of the Netherlands Helsinki Committee on the roles of the facilitator, adult learnings processes, and designing and facilitating for interaction.
With Jeroen Blijsie I co-facilitated a 2-day training on 'Facilitative Leadership' for his company The Visual Connection. With ten professionals we immersed ourselves in the world of meeting design, facilitation methods and group dynamics.
