It is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Kelly Indira Buis.
Working with organizations and teams worldwide on complex challenges, from peacebuilding to inclusive governance, I observed the struggle to adapt to constantly shifting contexts. With The Adaptation Company, I'm a strategic partner to purpose-led orgs to help them navigate this complexity and deliver what matters.
When the why is clear but the what and how isn't, that's where I come in. I help turn vision into reality as an independent project and program manager, facilitator and community builder.
I sometimes also end up on a stage (I did a TEDx about training our curiosity muscle) and I love to write (via The Adaptation Letter I share insights on how we can become adaptable in a fast changing world).
